Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our tree care or shrub trimming services, we will work with you to address your concerns and make things right.
Service Completion
Our services are considered complete when:
- The agreed-upon work has been performed according to the service agreement
- All debris and materials have been properly removed from your property
- The work area has been cleaned and restored to its original condition
- You have been notified that the service is complete
Addressing Service Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality or completion of our services:
- Contact Us Promptly: Please contact us within 7 days of service completion to report any issues
- Describe the Issue: Provide a clear description of your concern and, if possible, photos
- Inspection: We will schedule a follow-up inspection to assess the situation
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include additional work at no extra charge
Refund Policy
Given the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If services are cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be provided
- If services are cancelled after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- If you are unsatisfied with completed work, we will first attempt to remedy the situation through additional service at no charge
- Refunds for completed services may be considered only if we are unable to resolve your concerns through additional service
Service Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled service:
- Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date
- Modifications to service scope may result in price adjustments
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
Limitations
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
- Issues resulting from factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural events
- Changes in your preferences after service completion
- Issues that arise more than 30 days after service completion
- Damage to property that was not caused by our services
Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve a service concern to your satisfaction, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution. We encourage open communication and will make every effort to address your concerns promptly and professionally.
